Training is an essential part of our nation-building spirit and the quality of the training we provide continues to define the foundations of our future workforce, economy, and national identity. Therefore, training, to us, is an area of diligence, sincerity, and ethical operations.
We intend to provide high-quality training and development opportunities to those new entrants who will go on to become the next generation of the workforce in this country. This includes executing high standards of training planning, delivery, and industry-informed assessments. We want to take this opportunity to present this plan which outlines our intentions and an outlook on what we are trying to achieve. We want to be at the forefront of the building and construction sector which is projected to grow in the coming years and therefore, requires skilled new entrants to contribute to that growth.
